Flexibility of mind and body

  • For developing the strength, courage and ability to accept,
    respect and adapt to varying situations,
    children must learn yoga skills.
  • An everyday yoga session opens their bodies and minds.
    It is surprising to see young children’s body so stiff.
    Many of them are unable to sit on the floor in Padam asana.

  • We do basic Pranayam everyday and a new asana is introduced every month. The idea is to introduce them to a healthy life style. It is very important to keep children in touch with our cultural roots.

  • Yog asanas enable children to connect with their inner self.

  • They are too young to understand the implications, but the idea is to develop good habits which stay with them all their life. We are making all efforts to build a strong and an unshakable foundation for our young ones.

Diversity is the beauty of Earth – different colors, philosophies, languages, foods, cultures. All the festivals are celebrated with vigor to inculcate an understanding and respect for all religions.
